How can we live lives full of grace?
In Jesus we see grace.
Jesus reveals to us the grace of God and shows through his actions how we can share that grace with others.
We see grace when Jesus is compassionate, when he forgives, when he understands, when he is with those who are lonely, when he has the courage to do what is right and when he stands up for truth.

Discuss what these ideas above might look like in everyday behaviour.
- practice compassion: when you see someone who is unhappy, imagine you are them, what do they need? Can you help? Choose to use a glass instead of buying a plastic bottle of water.
- practice forgiveness: put yourself in the other persons shoes, how would they tell their mum/dad the story that has caused your hurt
- have you been honest to yourself today? Have you been happy when you have achieved something and acknowledged when you have fallen short and not been your best self?
- act in love: stand up for someone who is being teased, dispose of your rubbish wisely, choose to buy things that are not harmful to the environment, care for someone who is hurt, sit with someone who is lonely
- practice patience: be present to what is happening and where God is in the moments, spend time in prayer,
- practice generosity: try to live more simply, spend some time appreciating your natural environment, thank God for the gifts you have, use your gifts to help others
