"The Eucharist although it is the fullness of sacramental life, is not a prize for the perfect but a powerful medicine and nourishment for the weak."

Eucharist is more than your body being in a Church,
It is about receiving, and being, the Body of Christ.
Eucharist is special because God brings salvation, forgiveness, compassion, love, mercy, and God’s very self to you. God does all the work.
You however have a huge role to play!
You need to be open to what God is doing.
That’s why we call it “receiving” First Communion—not “accomplishing,” “earning,” “performing,” or “achieving”
