This next step in your journey is another formal step of initiation into the  Catholic Community.  This Sacrament of Eucharist  strengthens and nourishes us to live out the mission that Jesus gives us.

When you receive communion, when we eat the bread that is Jesus,
​He becomes part of us; his body is now part of our body.

Eucharist means 'thanks giving'
We are thankful to Jesus for what he has done and does for us.
​We are thankful for how God feeds us, through Eucharist and the community gathered at Mass.

Take 3 minutes and list all the things you are thankful in your life.
​Thank God for these things, for the gifts in life and the gift of life.
