If we allow ourselves to be led by
God's grace,
grace will work in our lives.
Grace looks like hope in a dark situation.Grace looks like humility.Grace is a forgiving hug when you don't feel you deserve it.Grace is friendship not earned but freely given.Grace is seeing God in a sunset.Grace feels like understanding. |
Grace feels like wanting to help someone even if you don't know you have the strength to do so.Grace feels like peace in a violent situation.Grace is acting out of love for your neighbour.Grace is the feeling you get when you go to pay for your hot chocolate and someone you don't know has already bought it for you.Grace is the energy of new life.Grace is a caring, gracious response to a friend. |
God's grace brings us into the inner life of the Holy Trinity,
into the exchange of love between Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Grace makes us capable of living in God’s love
and of acting on the basis of his love.

Grace is visible in the gifts we all have to share with others.

In Jesus we see grace.
Jesus reveals to us the grace of God and shows through his actions how we can share that grace with others. WE see grace when Jesus is compassionate, when he forgives, when he understands, when he is with those who are lonely, when he has the courage to do what is right and when he stands up for truth. |
