Prayer - a connection with God

When you have a best friend or someone you love; you want to spend time with them! If you don't see each other for a while, you can sometimes loose track of what is happening in their lives, and you can feel distant - not connected.
If you are serious about having Jesus in your life, you need to spend time with him. |

Prayer was an important part of life for Jesus too. Whenever he had a major decision to make or an important job to do he would take time out and pray to his Father in heaven.

God is constantly trying to connect with us. God reaches out to us through nature, through relationships with each other and also through prayer.
